摘要
综述了国内外现代生物技术在草莓育种研究中的应用进展 ,内容包括草莓的花药培养、突变体筛选、基因转化、原生质体培养、离体胚培养和细胞悬浮培养等内容 ,认为应用现代生物技术是草莓品种改良的重要手段。
This article reviewed the advances of application of modern biotechnol in strawberry breeding including anther culture, variation screening, gene transformation, protoplast culture, in vitro embryo culture, cell suspension culture and so on. Applying modern biotechnologies was believed to be the major means for strawberry breeding. The paper also put forward some existing problems and research prospects for modern biotechnology breeding of strawberry.
