摘要
简要论述了花卉多倍体育种中诱导材料的选择、诱导途径等倍性操作技术,以及各种诱导方法的优缺点比较。并对多倍体鉴定的研究进展情况以及染色体加倍技术在花卉育种中的应用和发展前景进行了概述,以寻找一套较合适的染色体加倍与鉴定体系,为科学实验和花卉生产提供参考依据。
This paper mainly recites how to select the flora as the best induced material ,and the methods how to induce polyploid flora.It also makes a comparison of these methods. At the same time ,it summarizes the advances in identification polyploidy.The aim of the study is to find an appropriate system of doubling chromosomes as a reliable basis for scientific research and production flowers.
