摘要
目的构建医院感染检测信息系统,研究医院感染发生的相关因素、发生区域和控制措施,实现医院感染检测管理工作的规范化。方法采用B/S架构,java、javascript、lotus等技术研发医院感染检测管理系统,并集成到院内综合信息平台上;主要依据:GB-15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》进行项目标准设置、数据采集录入、数据分析等。结果构建涉及医院感染的监测报告、监控体系等信息系统,且对所有数据进行详细的统计、分析,形成一个直观的资料分析数据库,随时可查询医院感染动态,预防控制医院感染的发生。结论医院感染检测信息系统是医院感染控制系统的重要组成部分,可提高医院感染检测管理工作效率,完善医疗质量管理控制体系。
OBJECTIVE To establish the information system for detection of nosocomial infections, and study the related factors, outbreak region, and control measures for nosoeomial infections so as to achieve the standardization of nosocomial infection detection. METHODS The system for detection of nosocomial infections was researched and developed hy adopting B/S architecture, java, javascript, lotus and other technologies, and then was integrated into the hospital integrated information platform. Setting of projectrs standard, acquisition and input of data, and data analysis were performed mainly based on standards for disinfection and hygiene in hospital GB-15982-1995. RESULTS The information system involving surveillance report for nosocomial infections and surveillance system was established. The database was constructed which can realize statistical analysis of all of the data and can check up the dynamics of nosocomial infections at any time. CONCLUSION Information system for detection of nosocomial infection is an important component of control system for nosocomial infections. It can improve the efficiency of the detection of nosocomial infections and the health care quality management system.
