摘要
目的了解武汉市医疗机构消毒效果情况,以便加强医院感染控制和消毒工作质量。方法采用现场采样和调查方法,对武汉市辖区内医疗机构消毒效果进行监测。结果3年共监测样品42294份,合格39365份,平均总合格率为93.07%。2006～2008年监测合格率分别为87.22%、92.00%、95.32%,呈逐年上升趋势。三级医院、二级医院、一级医院、个体诊所监测合格率分别为99.36%、97.91%、90.16%、82.15%。各监测项目中压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌效果合格率最高,为99.35%;物体表面细菌总数合格率最低,为87.64%。结论武汉市医疗机构消毒质量在逐年提高,但基层医疗机构消毒质量合格率较低,需重点加强管理和监督。
Objective To know the disinfection efficacy in Wuhan medical institutions,and to strengthen hospital infection control and quality of disinfection. Methods On-the-Spot sampling and investigation was used to monitor the efficacy of disinfection in Wuhan medical institutions. Results 42 294 samples were examined from 2006 to 2008,39 365 samples were qualified. The averge eligible rate of disinfection was 93.07%. The eligible rate was 87.22%,92.00%,95.32% in the three years respectively,which was improved year by year. The eligible rate of the third-grade hospitals,the second-grade hospitals,the first-grade hospitals and private clinics was 99.36%,97.91%,90.16%,82.15% respectively. The eligible rate of autoclave sterilizer monitor indexes was the highest （99.35%）. The eligible rate of total number of surface bacteria was the lowest （87.64%）. Conclusions The quality of disinfection in Wuhan medical institutions was improved year by year,but the eligible rate of disinfection in primary medical institutions was low,and should strengthen management and supervision.
