摘要
目的:建立LIS与血液采集系统的通信接口,应用于检验流程管理。方法:采用可视化编程语言PowerBuilder8.0环境,建立LIS与血液采集系统的服务端、客户端的信息交换和数据共享的接口程序,并采用t检验统计学方法比较血液采集系统使用前、后6个月的平均检验结果回报时间(turn around time,TAT)的差异性。结果:实现了患者血液采集在登记排号、叫号、条形码生成及粘贴的自动化和智能化,同时提高了条形码的识别率;血液采集系统使用前TAT平均为(26.1±2.2)min,使用后平均为(20.4±2.5)min,P<0.01,二者具有显著性差异,缩短了TAT时间及患者等候血液采集的时间。结论:基于LIS的血液采集系统优化了检验流程,可有效地提高工作效率以及对检验数据的管理水平。
Objective To design a communication interface between LIS and blood collection system, and to apply it to laboratory flow management. Methods The communication interface program was designed with PowerBuilder 8.0 so as to realize the information exchange among LIS, server and client. The differences between turn around time (TAT) before and after using collection system in last 6 months were compared with the t test statistics methods. Results It realized the automation and intellectualization for check-in, calling number and achieving barcode. The results showed that the average TAT was(26.1±2.2)min before using blood collection system, and was(20.4±2.5)min after using blood collection system. There were significant differences of average TAT before and after using blood collection system, with P〈0.01. The TAT and waiting time for blood collection were both shortened. Conclusion LIS-based blood collection system optimizes clinical laboratory flow, and enhances working efficiency and laboratory data management.
