摘要
目的 探讨急性有机磷农药中毒患者血液白细胞（ＷＢＣ），中性粒细胞（Ｎ） 和Ｃ－ 反应蛋白（ＣＲＰ） 的变化及其临床意义。方法 根据患者入院时中毒的程度设轻度中毒组、中度中毒组、重度中毒组和健康对照组。急性有机磷农药中毒患者在入院的第１ 日、３ 日、７ 日抽静脉血检测。结果 入院第１ 日，中度中毒组和重度中毒组血液ＷＢＣ、Ｎ、ＣＲＰ水平均显著高于健康对照组（ Ｐ＜ ０－０５ 和Ｐ＜０－０１）；第３ 日、第７ 日中度中毒组的血液Ｎ和重度中毒组的血液ＷＢＣ、Ｎ、ＣＲＰ水平仍显著高于健康对照组（Ｐ＜０－０５ 和Ｐ＜ ０－０１）；轻度中毒组与健康对照组比较，除入院第１ 日血液Ｎ 明显升高（ Ｐ＜ ０－０５） 外，其余均无显著差异（Ｐ＞０－０５）。结论 急性有机磷农药中毒患者血液中ＷＢＣ、Ｎ、ＣＲＰ水平的升高与中毒的程度及组织损伤的病理过程相一致。
Objective This report is for researching the clinical meaning of the change of WBC,neurophils and C-reactive proteins of blood in the patients of acute intoxication of organic phosphorus poisoning.Methods Three group was divided,as mild,middle and severe intoxication,according to the degree of clinic symptoms during the admission of the patients,and the health control was also established.The day of 1st,3rd,and 7th after admission,the venous blood samples were determinated.Results The level of WBC,N,CRP of the middle and severe intoxication group was higer dominantly than that of the control in the lst day ( P <0 05, P <0 01).The level of neutrophils of middle intoxication group,and the level of WBC,N,CRP of severe intoxication group was higher significantly than that of the control at 3rd and 7th day ( P <0 05, P <0 01).The neutrophils of mild intoxication group was higher dominantly than that of the control,and there is no differences about the other parameter between the two group( P >0 05).Conclusion The increased level of acute intoxication of organic phosphorus disinsector was consistent with the degree of intoxication condition tissue injury and pathologic coures.
