急性有机磷农药中毒患者血液白细胞、丙氨酸转氨酶和天冬氨酸转氨酶的联合检测与综合分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨急性有机磷农药中毒患者血液白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(N)、丙氨酸转氨酶和天冬氨酸转氨酶的改变及临床意义。方法:根据患者中毒的程度不同分为轻、中、重度中毒3组。在患者入院的第1日、第3日和第7日分别检测血液中WBC、N、ALT和AST;并以30例健康体检者作为对照,门诊采血一次,检测项目与方法同疾病组。结果:入院第1日,中度中毒组和重度中毒组血液WBC、N、ALT及AST水平均显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),第3日、第7日中度中毒组的血液N和重度中毒组的血液WBC、N、ALT及AST水平仍显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);轻度中毒组与健康对照组比较,除入院第1日血液N明显升高外(P<0.05),其余均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:观察有机磷农药中毒患者血液中WBC、N、ALT和AST的改变,对判断中毒程度、了解机体损害状况,指导临床治疗有重要帮助。 Objective: To study the clinical significance and changes of WBC, neutrophil, ALT and AST of blood in the patients with acute organic phosphorus poisoning (AOPP) . Methods: Patients were divided into three groups according to the degree of poisoning: the mild, moderate and severe groups. WBC, N, ALT and AST of blood were tested on the day of 1st, 3rd and 7th aftermission for each group , meanwhile , thirty healthy-tested people was regarded as control group and measured for one time. Results:The levels of WBC, N, ALT and AST of the moderate and severe intoxication group were higher dominantly than that of the control in the 1st day (P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01), and the level of neutrophil of moderate intoxication group, and the levels of Wt3C , N , ALT and AST of severe intoxication group was higher significantly than that of the control on 3rd and 7th day (P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01). The neutrophils of mild intoxication group was higher dominantly than that of the control, and no differences was found about the other parameters between the two groups (P〉0. 05). Conclusion: Observation of the changes of WBC , N, ALT and AST is helpful to monitor the degree of poisoning and guide treatment for patients with acute organic phosphorus poisoning.
