摘要
目的探讨锁定钢板内固定加同种异体骨植骨治疗Pilon骨折的治疗效果。方法25例Pilon骨折均择期行锁定钢板内固定加同种异体骨植骨治疗。结果25例骨折均愈合，骨折复位良好，无术后再移位情况。结论锁定钢板内固定加同种异体骨植骨治疗Pilon骨折效果满意，具有手术简单、固定牢靠、术后并发症少、骨折愈合良好、可早期功能锻炼等优点。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of locking plate fixation plus allogeneic bone grafts for Pilon fracture. Methods Treatment results of 25 cases of Pilon fractures of elective operations with locking plate fixation plus allogeneic bone grafts were observed. Results 25 cases fractures were healing, fracture restoration was good with no postoperative position - shift. Conclusion Locking plate fixation plus allograft bone graft for Pilon fracture have satisfactory effect and the surgery is simple and have fewer postoperative complications.
