摘要
为探讨同种异体骨库的建立及骨的制备的有关问题，提高临床应用效果，作者总结分析了本院异体骨科的有关问题。西京于１９９１年建立了大型专业性骨库。本骨库制定了供骨者标准及取骨、移植物处理与保存全过程中的质量监测标准，以保证临床应用的安全性。在无菌或清洁条件下取骨与关节，依据临床需要对移植物分割切取，去除移植物的骨髓并适当脱钙处理，对有细菌污染的移植物进行环氧乙烷或辐照消毒，采用深低温冷冻和冷冻干燥方法储存。１９９２年１０月至１９９４年２月，骨库共向临床供应同种异体骨移植物２１０份，其中本院用于临床各类植骨８４例，近期效果满意。
Bankingmassiveosteoarticularandotherbonealograftswereperformedinourinsti-tute.Forsafeguardingrecipients,theguidelinesofdonorselectionwereformulatedandqualitycontrolwasappliedduringprocurement,preparationandstorageofthegrafts.Osteoarticularandbonegraftswereharvestedunderasepticorcleanconditions,then,theboneandjointwerecutintodifferentshapesandsizesaccordingtoclinicalneeds,folowedbyremovalofbonemarrowandsurfacedemineralization.Inaddition,sterilizationwithethyleneoxideorirradiationwascarriedoutifnecessary,atlastthegraftswerestoredbyfreezingorfreeze-drying.FromOctober,1991toFebruary,1994,altogether210osteoar-ticularandbonegraftswereusedin20hospitalsacrossthecountry,amongthem120graftswereim-plantedinto84patientsinourhospitalwithshort-termsatisfactoryresults.
