摘要
师德建设是高素质教师队伍建设的有机组成部分。高校思想政治理论课教师作为对大学生进行思想政治理论教育的组织者和实施者,肩负着陶冶学生崇高情操,塑造美好心灵,锤炼高尚品质,健全健康人格,传授科学知识的历史使命。能否建立一支具备品德高尚、业务精良的思想政治理论课教师队伍,直接关系到党和国家对大学生进行思想政治教育的成效。
The formation of teacher＇s professional ethics is a part of development of high competence teachers.As the organizers and the implementers of the theory of ideology and politics in colleges and universities,the teachers should cultivate students＇ noble temperament,shape their gold spirits,forge their holiness of life,heal their personality,and teach the scientific knowledge.Ideological and political teachers of high moral can be established,which has a direct bearing on the effect of the college students＇ ideological and political education of the CCP and China at large.
