摘要
高校必须建立思想政治理论课教师岗位准入机制、学科建设机制、教育科研机制、教师培养机制和教师队伍管理机制,规范思想政治理论课教师的遴选、使用、培训、管理等诸环节的工作,才能造就和培养出一支高素质、高水平的思想政治理论课教师队伍。
The establishment of college ideological and political educational mechanism on teacher appointment access,discipline construction,educational scientific researches,teacher training and team management is essential to create a high-quality and high-level teaching team through the means of standardizing teachers＇ selection,application,training and management and so on.
