摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,知识管理的兴起带动了知识共享的研究热潮。大学生是高校知识共享的重要群体,研究其知识共享具有重要意义。本文简要介绍了高校大学生知识共享现状与特点,指出影响大学生知识共享行为的主要心理因素,并初步探讨了促进大学生知识共享行为的心理策略。
With the advent of the knowledge - economy era, file rise of knowledge management promoted the knowledge -sharing boom. College students were an important group of university knowledge - sharing and it was important to study their knowledge sharing behavior. ＇l＇his article described the current situation and feature of college students＇ knowledge sharing, it pointed out the main impact of psychological factors of knowledge sharing behavior for cortege students. At last it discussed the psychological strategies to promote the knowledge sharing behavior for college students.
