摘要
中国石化海南炼化8万吨/年硫磺回收装置于2006年5月投产,为进一步提高海南炼化硫回收能力,本文研究了利用空分装置排放大气的污氮与空气混合配比成氧含量28%的富氧空气进制硫炉燃烧,降低炉头压力、提高硫回收能力的可行性研究。经理论核算,装置改造后酸性气处理量比现生产能力可提高22%,硫磺日产量可提高50吨。
