摘要
扬子石油化工公司硫回收装置因酸性气H_2S的原料气量不足,造成低负荷开车。通过改造和调整,着重解决了克劳斯炉析炭、反应器积硫、硫冷凝器列管堵塞、原料气喷嘴烧坏、余热锅炉的腐蚀等一系列问题,成功地实行装置在低负荷下正常运行,生产出优质硫磺。
The sulfur recovery unit of the aromatics plant in Yangzi Petrochemical Corp. is forced to run with a througput far below the designed capacity because of the insufficient supply of sour gas H_2S. By revamping and readjustment the problems occurred with low throughout operation such as coke deposi- tion in Claus furnace, sulfur deposition in reactors, sulfur plugging of condenser tubes, damage of feed gas ejectors and corrosion of waste heat furnace are successfully solved, so that the unit runs smoothly and produces high quality sulfur.
