摘要
应用严格的热力学平衡和复杂化学反应平衡的方法,对克劳斯硫磺回收工艺的多种过程气预热流程(包括燃料气再热炉预热、酸性气再热炉预热、高温气掺合预热及高温气掺合结合换热预热)进行了一体化的模拟研究。介绍了主要的模型方法。本流程模拟是在微机上实现、完成一种流程的模拟只需约5min时间。流程模拟能为快速工艺和流程方案对比提供依据和手段,亦能为现有装置的标定改造、优化操作参数、提高硫收率和保护环境提供有效便捷的手段。
The flowsheet simulation for the Claus sulfur recovery process has been car- ried out on the basis of the rigorous thermodynamic and reaction equilibria. The flow dia- gram includes four commercial reheating methods of the process stresms. This paper gives the details of the main modelling methods. The simulation program developed for PC micro- computer can be executed within 5 minutes. Simulating results are in good agreement with the Claus process design and operating data.
