铬致大鼠肾损害与脂质过氧化的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨铬对肾脏的损害作用及其与脂质过氧化的关系。方法 每天以 40mg·kg-1重铬酸钾水溶液给大鼠灌胃 5周 ,在染毒 1、3、5周末检测肾功能和肾皮质脂质过氧化指标。结果 染毒 5周末 ,大鼠血清尿素氮 (BUN)升高 ,而肾皮质超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和谷光甘肽过氧化酶(GSH Px)降低 ,但未发现肾损害指标与脂质过氧化指标间有相关关系。结论 铬亚慢性经口染毒可引起肾损害和肾组织SOD及GSH Px活力降低 ,SOD及GSH Px活力降低是铬肾毒性的表现之一 ,而并非铬致肾损害的直接原因。 Objective To investigate effects of chromium on renal function in rats and the relationship between the effects and lipid peroxidation(LPO) Methods The rats were administered K 2Cr 2O 7 by gavage daily for 5 weeks at dose of 40 mg·kg -1 The renal function indexes and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px) in kidney were determined after K 2Cr 2O 7 exposure for 1,3,5 weeks Results After K 2Cr 2O 7 exposure for 5 weeks, the level of BUN in serum increased obviously, while the activity of SOD and GSH Px in kidney decreased obviously Correlation analysis showed no relationship between renal function indexes and LPO Conclusion K 2Cr 2O 7 can induce renal damage and inhibit the activity of SOD and GSH Px in kidney It is suggested that the change of the activity of SOD and GSH Px is not the direct cause for chromium produced renal damage
