摘要
目的观察蜂胶复合剂降低血糖的效果。方法将糖尿病模型动物依据血糖水平随机分为4组,每组15只,剂量分别为0.11 g/kg、0.22 g/kg、0.66 g/kg组,即低、中、高三个实验组和一个模型对照组(蒸馏水)。经口连续给予受试物30天后取尾血测定空腹血糖值和给葡萄糖后0、0.5、2小时的血糖值,观察给葡萄糖后各时间点血糖曲线下面积的变化。结果0.22g/kg、0.66 g/kg剂量组能降低高血糖模型小鼠空腹血糖及血糖曲线下面积,与对照组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论蜂胶复合剂对高血糖模型小鼠空腹血糖有明显降低血糖的效果,并能提高高血糖模型小鼠对葡萄糖的糖耐量。
Objective To observe the effects of propolis compounds on blood glucose. Metheds Diabetic mellitus mice were randomly divided into four groups, diabetic mellitus group (distilled water), low dose group( propol is 0.11 g/ kg) ,medium dose group(propolis 0.22g/kg) (propolis 0.66g/kg). each group concluding 15 mice was treated once daily for 30 days in gavage, the level of fasting blood glucose and blood glucose Oh ,0.5h and 2hafter glucose administration were determined. The change of area under the curve of blood glucose was observed after glucose administration. Result Blood glucose in 0.22g/kg and 0.66g/kg decreased significantly as compared with diabetic mellitus group(p 〈 0.05). Conclusion Propolis compolinds could decrease the level of fasting blood glucose and increase the glucose tolerance.
