神经生长因子与银屑病 被引量:6

摘要 银屑病的神经免疫机制是受人关注的一个研究热点 ,近来的研究发现神经生长因子可能在其中起重要的作用。银屑病皮肤中神经生长因子及其受体表达增高。神经生长因子不仅诱发神经增生和神经肽上调 ,而且促进角质形成细胞增殖 ,抑制其凋亡 ,并促进炎症浸润 ,活化T淋巴细胞。神经生长因子可能是银屑病病理机制的早期事件。
