摘要
知识是新经济时代的象征,在经济增长中发挥着日益重要的作用。知识管理也必然成为新经济时代的要求,在组织管理中占据主导地位。本研究从维普、万方数据库中选取135篇2000至2010年间的知识管理和医院知识管理研究文献,从研究目的、研究方法、研究类型、研究对象等方面进行了研究分析,通过与西方研究的比较,研究医院知识管理理论的发展情况。旨在研究当今中国医院知识管理理论的发展情况,研究知识管理对文化建设的作用及影响,发现医院知识管理难以开展的文化方面的原因,并提出几点建议,以期为改进医院管理方法提供理论依据,培育一种分享知识的组织文化,为我国医院知识管理的发展提供借鉴意义。
Knowledge is the symbol of the new economy which plays an increasingly important role in economic growth. Knowledge management is bound to become the requirement of new economic age, dominating the management system. In this study, we searched VIP and Wanfang database for literatures on knowledge management, especially the hospital knowledge management. By comparing them with the research abroad, we studied the development of hospital knowledge management theory in China and its impact on hospital cultural construction. As a result, we put forward some suggestions for improving hospital management, so as to provide theoretical basis, methods of cultivating a sharing knowledge organizational culture, for the development of hospital knowledge management in China.
