摘要
采用文献研究与系统思考的方法,对国内外医院知识管理现状与发展动态进行分析,以期为改进医院管理方法提供理论依据。发达国家医院早已引入知识管理。目前国外医院知识管理研究处于理论与实践相结合阶段,而我国医院知识管理的研究尚处于初级阶段。未来发展与研究方向应突出表现在知识管理与医院核心竞争力、医患关系知识管理、医院与供应商关系知识管理、虚拟医院知识管理等方面。
By adopting the methods of literature investigation and system thinking, the author analyzed domestic and overseas current situations and the development of hospital knowledge management, in order to provide references to improve hospital management. Knowledge management has been already inducted into the hospitals in developed countries. At present, in overseas hospitals knowledge management is in the stage of the combination of theory and practice, while the researches of hospital knowledge management in our country are still in the primary stage. The development and the direction of the in the future should focus on the cooperation between knowledge management and core competence of the hospital, the knowledge management of doctor - patient relationship, the knowledge management between hospital and suppliers, fictitious knowledge management and some other aspects.
