摘要
本世纪末,知识经济兴起,给社会经济带来巨大影响和变革。面对这一新的科技浪潮,作为医院的领导层应如何适应新形势,搞好大医院建设。笔者认为,作为大医院:①明确功能定位,优化学科发展,形成高质量、多学科协作的疑难重症疾患诊治中心;②建立人才竞争流动管理机制,大力发展研究生教育和继续教育,培养具有创新能力的一流人才队伍;③把握科研方向,深化科研体制改革;④实施知识管理,提高管理的创新能力。
The rise of knowledge economy towards the end of this century has brought about great social and economic influences and changes.What follows are some suggestions to the leadership levels of largescale hospitals that are confronted with this new wave of science and technology so that they can adapt themselves to the new situation and better construct their hospitals.One is to identify the functions,optimize the specialties and form highquality treatment centers for difficult and complicated cases of illness where multidisciplinary cooperation is available.Another is to establish a management mechanism for the competition and mobility of talents,greatly develop graduate and continuing education,and cultivate batches of creative and firstrate talents.The third is to be clear about the orientation of scientific research and deepen the system reform in this field.The fourth is to implement knowledge management and enhance management creativity.
