摘要
基于红外辐射原理, 研制开发用于高压电力设备温度在线监测的非接触式传感器;重点研究探测距离、外界热源、被测物体表面状况以及探测器本体温度等因素对传感器工作可靠性和精度的影响,给出提高传感器工作性能的措施,这些措施包括确定合适的探测距离、采用热源屏蔽筒屏蔽外界热源的干扰以及采用特殊涂料消除表面状况的影响等。本研究对提高基于红外辐射的非接触式传感器工作可靠性和精度方面有一定的创新,对提高高压电力设备运行可靠性乃至电力系统运行可靠性都有一定的实用价值。
Based on the principle of infrared radiation,a non-contacted sensor which can be used on-line to monitor the temperature in high voltage device is developed. Some factors such as detection range, outside thermal source, surface condition and thermopile抯 temperature, which will affect the reliability and precision of the sensor are studied. Some measures which can improve the sensor抯 performance are given. The measures include deciding suitable detection range, eliminating the disturbance of the outside thermal source by a special shell and eliminating the effect of the varied surface by painting special paint. There are some innovation for the non-contacted sensor抯 reliability and precision which are based on the principle of infrared radiation in this research. It is considered that the present work has practical significance for improving the reliability of high voltage device and power system as well.
