摘要
产业升级是现代经济发展的主题之一，它体现为产业结构由低技术水平、低附加价值状态向高新技术、高附加价值状态的演变趋势。从产业结构的演进中索取经济发展速度和效益的思想，是产业政策的核心和精髓。对产业升级的动因的解释，传统经济理论主要是从需求收入弹性变化和生产率上升两个角度进行的。它不仅浮于表面，而且忽视了为获取贸易利益而在劳动分工方面所付出的代价，即忽视了交易费用随劳动分工的扩大所呈现出的指数化增长趋势。对产业升级动因的分析，应该在经济主体追求分工和降低交易成本的基础上，从知识资本和人力资本被大量引进商品生产过程的角度来进行。
Industrial upgrading is one of the major themes in modern economic development. It embodies the evolution trend that industrial frame transforms from the low technique level and the low extra-value state to a higher new technique level and greater extra-value state. The ideas that economic developing rate and benefits come from the industrial frame evolution are the kernel of industrial policies. The traditional economic theories think that the changing in the demand income elasticity and the productivity enhancing are two primary drives of the industrial upgrading. In fact,the demand income elasticity is the result of the market scale expanding while the productive differences among different industries should attribute to the changes of the labor division level. The drives of industrial upgrading should be explained from the angle that knowledge and labor power capitals are integrated to the processes of commercial manufacture in great numbers on the basis of economic entities pursuing the division of labor and the reduction of transaction costs.
