摘要
目的 探讨脑膜瘤血管成分改变与瘤周脑水肿的关系及肿瘤增殖能力对血管成分的影响。方法 对132 例脑膜瘤的 C T、病理学资料, 44 例血管造影资料及68 例流式细胞术( F C M) 结果进行分析。结果 轻、中、重各水肿组较无水肿组血管成分明显增多, 以重度水肿组最明显; 肿瘤可见血管外皮细胞, 有颈外动脉供血或肿瘤染色者易发生瘤周水肿。间变型及非典型型肿瘤; 血管型、间变型、合体型肿瘤血管成分增多者显著性增多, 血管成分计分3 分者, 主要为超二倍体肿瘤。结论 脑膜瘤的血管成分改变对瘤周水肿有明显影响, 血管丰富的肿瘤易伴瘤周水肿, 肿瘤增殖能力高者血管生成明显。
Objective To study the correlations between the changes of the vacular components in meningiomas and peritumoral edema, and the influence of the proliferative activity of tumors on the vascular components. Methods CT and pathological data of 132 cases,the cerebral angiography data of 44 cases with meningiomas, and the data of 68 specimens examined by FCM were studied. Results The vascular components in the tumor of the mild, the moderate, and severe peritumoral edema groups were significantly increased, and the most dominant change was found in the severe peritumoral edema group. The pericytes of the tumor were seen in the pathologecal examination, and the tumors which had rich blood supply, especially those supplied by external carotid artery and stained in the cerebral angiogrphy or DSA were often accompanied by edema. If the tumor was atypical or anaplaltic type, or the tumor were vascular ,anaplastic syncytial subtypes, the vascular components in the tumors were significantly increased, the tumors which the vascular components score 3 were mainly hyperdiploid tumors. Conclusion The changes of the vascular components of meningiomas had the obvious influences on peritumoral edema. The tumors with rich vascular components often accompanied by peritumoral edema, and the tumors with high proliferative activity with rich vascular components often accompanied by peritumoral edema, and the tumors with hign proliferative activity were often with obvious vasculogenesis.
