摘要
本文对拉氧头孢的体外活性进行了研究,并与其它β—内酰胺类抗生素的体外活性作比较。结果显示拉氧头孢具广谱抗菌活性且对β—内酰胺酶稳定。拉氧头孢和第三代头孢菌素相似,对许多革兰氏阴性菌有活性,当浓度为0.125~4mg/L时,能抑制大多数肠杆菌细菌90%的菌株,和头孢他啶相似,对淋病奈瑟氏球菌和流感嗜血菌有强活性;对假单胞菌的活性逊于头孢他啶,对厌氧菌(如脆弱杆菌)的活性一般强于其它头孢菌素。拉氧头孢对大多数敏感菌的MBC等于MIC或2MIC。对大多数试验菌而言,当接种量增加直到106CFU/ml时,对MIC的影响小。一般在pH7.5时对试验菌显示最大抑菌活性。对11种β—内酰胺酶的相对水解率均为0。
The in vitro activivtv of Latamoxef was studied and
co-mpared with the activities of other beta- latactam agents.Results showed that it had a broad
spectrum of antibacterial activity and was resisant to hydrolysis by beta- lactamases.Like
‘third generation’Cephalosporins,Latamoxef was active in vitro against a wide range of
Gram-negative ba-cteria.At concentration of 0.125 to 4 mg/L,it inhibited 90%of strains of most
Enferobacteriaceae,Simlar to Ceftazidime,it had stronger activi-ties against Neisseria
gonorrhoeae and Haemophilus influenza.The antips-etidomonal activity of Latamoxef was less
than that of Ceftazidime.Aga-inst anaerobic bacteria such as Bacteroides fragilis Latamoxef
generally had activity greater than that of other Cephalosporins,Against most susce-ptible
bacteria,the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of Lat-maoxef is equalto or twice the
minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC).The MIC of Latamoxef for most strains tested was little
affected by incr-eases in inoculum size up to 106 CFU/ml,Generally,a pH of 7.5appeared to be
optimal for inhibitory activity against the tested isolates,The rela-tive hydrolysis rate of 11
beta- lactamases against Latamoxef were zero.
