摘要
课堂教学是高校教学的主要组织形式,然而现有的课堂教学与创新人才培养的高要求越来越不相适应。教师是提高课堂教学质量的直接参与者与决定者,为此提高课堂教学质量首先应从教师做起。教师应深刻认识到提高业务能力与加强教育理论知识学习是提升课堂教学质量的基础;更新教育观念,引导学生树立正确的学习观是培养创新性人才的关键;师生共同营造人性化的课堂文化是实现教学质量提高的重要保证。
As the main form of teaching in colleges and universities, classroom teaching can＇t meet the needs of innovative talents＇ cultivation. Being a direct participant and decision--maker, teachers should act as volunteers in improving teaching quality. Teachers need realize that enhancing professional ability and education theory was the basis of improving teaching quality, updating the education idea to guide students to establish a correct view of learning is the key to cultiva ting innovative talents, creating a friendly classroom culture by teachers and students together is the important guarantee to realize the improvement of teaching quality.
