摘要
罗杰斯以人本主义心理观为基础提出的“创造观”,对于我们改革高校课堂教学具有重要的借鉴意义。根据罗杰斯的人本主义意义说,应从以老师为中心向以学生为中心转移;根据罗杰斯的创造动机激发说,应从以教材为中心向以社会为中心转移;根据罗杰斯的刺激自由传导说,应从以灌输为中心向以启发为中心转移。高校的课堂教育改革,从方法上说,应做到明确目标,启发学习兴趣;立足现实,开展讨论教学;尊重学生,鼓励不同观点。
The 'creation view" put forward by Rogers on the basis of the psychological view of humanism is of great reference significance to our reform of college classroom teaching. According to Rogers'humanism theory, the teacher - centered teaching method should shift to the students - centered method and his creative motivation excitement theory tells us that the textbook - centeredness should shift to the society - centeredness. And his stimulus free conduction theory shows that the duck - feeding teaching method should be replaced by the enlightenment - centered method. The reform of college classroom teaching is aimed at making the teaching objective clear and stimulating the studying interest, implementing the discussion teaching based on the reality, respecting students and encouraging the different views.
