突变型黑曲霉(Aspergillrs niger)M001分别经紫外线(UV)、亚消基胍(NTG)、TDP辐射仪及空间微重力辐射(SC)等因素的多级循环处理,得到1株形态发生改变的变异菌株X-15。其固体培养纤维素酶的滤纸分解酶活力(FPA)为19U/g,羟甲基纤维素酶(CMCase)活力为453U/g,β-葡萄糖苷酶(β-gluase)活力为154U/g,与出发菌株M001相比,分别为其2.8倍、
A mutant strain X 15 with high activity of cellulase was obtained from parent strain of A.niger M001 by cyclic treatment of UV, NTG, TDP irradiator and space conditions. The optimum conditions of solid fermentation for cellulase production are grass meal 70 g, wheat bran 30g, tap water 150 200 mL, (NH 4) 2SO 4 2 g, pH6.0 at 30℃ for 96 hours. Under those conditions, its enzyme activities toward filter paper, CMC and salicin degradation reached 19, 453 and 154 U/g and increased by 2.8, 2.2 and 4.1 times, respectively, as compared to parent strain.
