应用绝对分析法对芳香胺的高效液相色谱定量分析研究 被引量:6

摘要 应用绝对分析方法在高效波相色谱上对芳香胺类化合物的定量可行性进行了研究。用紫外分光光度计测定芳香胺类化合物的摩尔吸光系数,并以此为标准探讨用绝对分析法对芳香胺的定量准确性,并对定量误差的原因进行了讨论。同时,在不同配比的甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲体系为流动相时,应用绝对分析法对芳香胺摩尔吸光系数的变化进行了研究,结果发现芳香胺的摩尔吸光系数随流动相中甲醇的比例的变化而变化很大。 The quantitative analysis feasibility of aromatic amines in HPLC by absolute analysis method has been studied. The molecular absorptivity of aromatic amines is determined by UV-Vis spcclrophotometcr, and using these data as standards to investigate the quantitative accuracy of aromatic amines by absolute analysis method and the causes of the errors are discussed. The molecular absorptivity changes of aromatic amines with different ratio of mcthanol in mobile phase are measured, h has been found that the ratio of mcthanol in mobile phase greatiy influences the molecular absorptivity.
