石墨炉原子吸收光谱绝对分析法的实验特征质量值研究 被引量:4

STUDIES ON THE EXPERIMENTAL VALUES OF THE CHARACTERISTIC MASSES IN THE ABSOLUTE ANALYSIS BY GRAPHITE FURNACE ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY

摘要 本文在基本满足STPF条件下测定了12种元素的特征质量值,与理论计算值和L’vov测得值相比较约高一倍。利用mo,exp值,采用绝对分析法测定人发和桃叶标样,并在干菜叶样中加入各种标准进行加标回收试验,结果都较令人满意。说明利用mo,exp值,可在不同仪器和基本满足STPF技术条件下实现绝对分析。 Experimental values of the characteristic mass (mo,exv ) of Ag, Al, Bi, Cd, Cu,Fe, Hg, Mn, Ni, Ph, Sn and V were determined under the condition of stabitized temperatureplat from furnace (STPF) technique, which is almost reached. A comparison between the experimental and theoretical calculated values of the characteristic mass shows that mo,exp/mo,cal,except the individual element, is about 2. Contents of elemlnts in the standard samples of thehuman hair and peach leaves were measured by using the mo,exp values and the absolute analysis method, which agree well with the standard values. Recovery experimemts were carriedout by adding various standard elements to the dry samples of vegetable leaves,and its valuesare in the range of 89. 0-106. 2%. The results are satisfactory. It shows by using the mo,expvalues that the absolute analysis method can be realized with different type instruments andunder STPF conditions.
