摘要
基于模态应力恢复疲劳寿命分析理论,对全地形越野车车架进行疲劳寿命预测。以全地形车车架为研究对象,建立车架有限元模型和整车动力学刚柔耦合模型,在输入为鹅卵石路面的条件下进行仿真计算,得到车架疲劳寿命预测需要的相关文件。用MSC.Fatigue软件对车架进行疲劳寿命预测。
Given the theory of modal stress recovery, this research predicted the fatigue life for all-ter- rain vehicle frame. To all-terrain vehicle frame for the study, based on mixed road conditions and dy- namics simulation on the finite element model of the frame and rigid-flexible coupled models of the ve- hicle, we can gain the relevant documents of fatigue life for the frame. Then by using MSC. Fatigue software, the fatigue life prediction of the frame can be analyzed.
