摘要
以板梁单元为基础,在ANSYS中建立全承载式客车骨架的有限元模型,并通过客车骨架的电测试验验证。对车身结构进行弯曲、扭转、扭转加制动等典型工况下的强度和变形计算。对客车骨架进行模态分析,为后续的瞬态响应分析奠定基础。
The finite element model for the monocoque bus / coach body frame is built in ANSYS software with shell and beam elements, and the finite element model is validated by stress test. The stiffness and strength analysis are carried out in typical working conditions of bend, torsion and torsion with brake. Modal analysis is performed, which lays the foundation for subsequent transient response analysis.
