摘要
为了对重型载货汽车驱动桥壳工作特性进一步研究,以重型载货汽车桥壳作为研究对象,通过使用有限元方法、Miner线性损伤累积理论和Goodman疲劳原理并接合路况效应,使分析条件进一步贴合实际工况,研究了重型载货汽车桥壳在实际路况作用下应力、变形及寿命和安全系数变化规律。分析结果表明:通过将计算模型中的S-N曲线进行修正和引入路况效应载荷谱,该型重型载货汽车驱动桥壳产品性能计算参数与实际台架试验结果相同,具有实际可靠性;重型载货汽车驱动桥壳在轮边部位存在规律性的最大应力;桥壳的前六阶固有频率相对实际工况路面对桥壳的激振频率相差较大;重型载货汽车驱动桥壳大部分损伤出现在高应力幅下且疲劳寿命满足企业要求。
To further study the drive axle housing operating characteristic of heavy truck, by u- sing finite element method, Miner linear damage accumulation theory, Goodman principle and the effect of the road, the further analysis of the conditions that fit the actual working conditions, the variation law of stress, deformation and life and safety coefficient of the drive axle housing of heavy truck under the actual road is studied. The results show that, through re--calculation model SN curve correction and import the effect of the road load spectrum, the drive axle housing performance calcula- tion parameters of this type of heavy truck and the actual product bench test results are the same, the regularity maximum stress is exist in the drive axle housing parts of heavy truck, the first six axle nat- ural frequencies are far away from the actual working conditions of road excitation frequency, the most injuries of the drive axle housing of heavy truck occur under high stress amplitude and the fatigue life satisfies the requirement of enterprise.
