摘要
目的探讨腮腺良恶性病变的CT表现和诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的腮腺良恶性病变30例CT表现。结果 30例病灶,22例良性病灶,8例恶性肿瘤病灶;其中右侧病变13例,左侧病变17例;腮腺浅叶病变19例,深叶病变6例,浅深叶交界病变5例;4例良性病变边缘不清,术前误诊为恶性肿瘤,2例恶性肿瘤边缘清楚,术前误诊良性病变。结论大部分腮腺良恶性病变CT动态扫描能够正确诊断。
【Objective】 To analyze the CT appearance and diagnostic value of benign and malignant parotid lesions.【Methods】 The CT findings of 30 patients with benign and malignant parotid lesions proved by pathology were analyzed respectively.【Results】 CT found 22 cases benign lesion and 8 cases malignant lesions in 30 cases.Among them the right 13 cases,the left 17 cases.There were 19 in the shallow lobe,6 in the deep lobe,5 in the shallow-depth lobe.4 cases of benign lesions edge is not clear,preoperatively misdiagnosed as malignant tumors,2 cases of malignant tumor edge clear,preoperative misdiagnosis benign lesions.【Conclusion】 CT diagnosis is possible in most cases of benign and malignant parotid lesions by double phase dynamic scanning.
