摘要
目的:探讨腮腺多形性腺瘤的MSCT表现及其病理学基础。方法:对25例经手术病理证实为腮腺多形性腺瘤患者的MSCT表现进行回顾性分析。结果:25例患者MSCT均表现为边缘清楚的肿块,其中圆形、卵圆形18例,分叶状7例,密度高于腮腺,较均匀16例,不均匀9例。增强后均表现为渐进性强化,其中16例表现为均匀强化,9例表现为环形强化。结论:边缘清楚,肿块密度均匀或不均,增强后渐进性强化是腮腺多形性腺瘤的MSCT表现特点。
Objective To investigate the MSCT and pathological manifestations of parotid pleomorphic adenoma.Methods The features of MSCT in 25 patients with parotid pleomorphic adenoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results The MSCT of 25 cases were all showed well-defined margin and higher density than that of normal parotid gland,and in which the form of 18 cases were round or elliptical,the other 7 cases were lobulated,16 cases were uniform density,the other 9 cases were inhomogeneous in density.After progressive enhancement by contrast administration,uniform enhancement were showed in 16 cases,annuliform enhancement were showed in 9 cases.Conclusion Parotid pleomorphic adenoma was characterized as a mass with well-defined margin and homogeneous or inhomogeneous density in MSCT and progressive enhancement after contrast administration.
