摘要
目的 评价CT诊断腮腺肿瘤的实用价值。方法 回顾性分析50例经手术病理证实的腮腺肿瘤的CT表现。统计术前CT诊断和术后病理的符合率,探讨误诊的原因。结果 50例中良性肿瘤35例,CT表现为圆形或类圆形结节,边界清晰、密度均匀者33例;密度不均、边缘不清者2例。15例恶性肿瘤CT表现为病灶较大,边缘不清,密度不均。结论 CT能对大多数良恶性腮腺肿瘤进行诊断和鉴别诊断,具有一定的特异性。
Purpose To evaluate the value of CT diagnosis for parotid tumors. Methods The CT image of parotid tumors conformed by operational pathology were retrospectively analyzed in 50 patients. The correlation between the preoperational CT diagnosis and the retraoperational pathology was studied. Results There were 35 cases benign tumors and 15 case malignant tumors. The benign tumors appeared as homogeneous density and well - defined margin in 33 patients, but heterogeneous density and ill-defined margin in 2 case. The malignant tumor were displayed as the larger diameter, heterogeneous density and ill- defined margin in 15 case. Conclusion CT can find the parotid tumors sensitively, and define the benign and malignant nature, but can not be used to classify the histological type of parotid tumors.
