摘要 针对铸铁熔炼的传统工艺存在耗能、耗时和消耗大量劳动力的问题,探讨了利用高炉铁液作为原铁液直接进行铸铁件生产的短流程工艺,论述了该工艺的特点以及节能、降耗、减少碳排放的优点。提出了实践过程中需要面对的问题。 Aimed at the problems of consuming energy, time and large labour-force in traditional process of cast iron melting, the compact process of cast iron melting was discussed, which use hot metal liquid from blast furnace as raw material directly to produce iron castings. The characteristics of the process and the advantages in save energy, reducing consumption and reducing carbon emissions were discussed. The problems faced in the course of practice were put forward.
