摘要
土地高效集约利用是实现科学发展的客观要求,也是近年来土地问题研究热点之一。在总结土地利用效率评价相关研究成果基础上,提出土地利用效率评价体系构建的基本思路。根据国土和统计部门的数据口径,选取土地总体利用效率、耕地利用效率、工业用地效率、建设用地效率和交通用地效率等五个方面的9项指标,对各省、市区域土地利用效率作横向比较,重点分析浙江省的土地利用效率情况。
Efficient and intensive use of land is an objective requirement to realize scientific development as well as a hot point in the study of the land problem in recent years. Based on the summary of the research results in evaluating land use efficiency, the paper presents a basic idea for the construction of the evaluation system of land use efficiency. According to the data of the land and statistics departments, the paper makes a parallel comparison between various provinces and municipalities by selecting 5 aspects and 9 targets, emphatically analyzing the land use efficiency in Zhejiang.
