摘要
重庆传统特产资源中现有10种国家地理标志产品、40件国家地理标志商标、20种国家农产品地理标志,原有4种国家原产地标记。本文从地理标志产品保护、地理标志商标注册、农产品地理标志登记、原产地标记管理等方面,分析了该市传统特产的地理标志知识产权保护现状并提出了发展对策。
There are 10 state geographical indication products, 40 state geographical indication trade- marks, 20 state geographical indications of agricultural products in the traditional specialties of Chongqing. In this article, the intellectual property protection for geographical indications of traditional specialties in Chongqing was analyzed in product protection, trademark registration, agricultural product registration of geo- graphical indications and management of origin marks. And then the developing countermeasures were put for- wflrd.
