摘要
安徽霍山县,位于大别山腹地,拥有大别山主峰白马尖,是"2013年度全国重点产茶县"(排名51,列全省第6)。黄茶是6大基本类之一,为我国独有的、较古老的茶类。自唐至清,霍山黄芽历代都被列为贡茶。该文介绍该县黄茶,分析"中国黄茶之乡"的打造对策,并提出了9点建议。
Huoshan County in Anhui Province, located in Dabieshan hinterland, own peaks Baimajian, is one of the key tea county in China in 2013. Yellow tea is unique and ancient tea in China and one of six basic teas. Yellow tea in Huoshan County was introduced, the building countermeasures of the China＇ s Township of Yellow Tea were analyzed, and 9 suggestions were proposed.
