摘要
恩施玉露,为我国保留下来的为数不多的一种蒸青绿茶,是国家地理标志产品、国家地理标志商标,获授"湖北第一历史名茶"称号。该文介绍我国茶文化的非物质文化遗产保护进展与恩施玉露的主要地理标志特征,探讨恩施玉露的文化遗产保护对策,并建议:(1)充分利用农业品牌类遗产"恩施玉露;"(2)保护其农业物种类遗产;(3)挖掘侗乡农业民俗类遗产;(4)申报传统技艺类国家级非物质文化遗产;(5)收集与整理有关的文献类等农业文化遗产;(6)建立生态博物馆,"活态"保护恩施玉露文化遗产;(7)开发恩施玉露茶文化的旅游资源。
Enshi Yulu, one of the few preserved for our country as a steaming green tea, is a national product and trademark of geographical indications, is granted the ＂first historical famous tea in Hubci＂. This article introduces the protection progress of intangible cuhural heritages of the tea culture in China and the main features of geographical indications of Enshi Yulu, and suggested that ： （1） to make full use of agricultural brand inheritance ＂Enshi Yulu＂ ; （2） to preserve its agricultural species inheritance; （3） to mine its folk category of agricultural heritage; （4） to declare national intangible cultural heritage; （5） to collect and collate the other relevant agricultural heritage; （6） to establish a ecological museum for the ＂living state＂ protection of the Enshi Yulu cultural heritage ; （7） to develop the tourist resources protectively.
