摘要
以大丽花高生品种大金红和陇上雄鹰为试材,盆栽高度20 cm时,用不同浓度的多效唑进行灌根处理,探讨多效唑对盆栽大丽花生长发育指标(节间长、茎粗和叶面积)和内源激素(ZT、IAA、GA3和ABA)含量的影响。结果显示:多效唑处理后,大金红和陇上雄鹰的节间缩短,茎秆增粗,叶面积变化有差异。两品种处理株叶片内IAA、GA3含量均下降,ABA含量提高,ZT含量变化品种间有差异。且随着使用浓度的增加,影响作用增强,以125 mg/L浓度处理效果最显著。
The Dahlia pinnata varieties ＇ Dajinhong＇ and ＇ Longshangxiongying＇ were treated with differ-ent concentrations of PP333 when the plant height was 20 cm in pots to study the effects of PP333 on the growthand development indicators and the contents of endogenous hormones. The results showed that PP333 could make the intemode shorter and the stem diameter larger and also affect the leaf area. Compared with the con- trol, the content of GA3 and IAA decreased and the ABA content increased, but the content of ZT showed dif- ferent changes between varieties. The effects of PP333 could be strengthened with the increase of concentration. The effect of 125 mg/L PP333 was the best.
