摘要
与金冠和金矮生相比,芭蕾苹果的组培苗生长速率低,茎干粗壮;对PP333、NAA和BA反应不敏感,内源激素含量变化幅度和生长速率均小于普通型和短枝型,而对GA3的反应很强,内源激素含量的变幅大。由此推证,芭蕾苹果的柱型生长习性取决于高IAA、CTK和低GA3含量,以及各激素间的平衡关系。
The result showed that under the same circumstances the columnar apple variety’s growth rate was the slowest,the stem was the thickest.The columnar apple trees were not sensitive to NAA,BA and PP 333 ,both endo hormones and growth rate of ballerina apple had a smaller change than those of standard type and spur type variety after NAA,BA and PP 333 treatment.It was also proved that the columnar apple was sensitive to GA 3,it’s endo hormones changed sharply.The results suggest that the columnar growth habit of ballerina apple is due to it’s higher IAA and CTK content and lower GA 3 concentration,and the effects from different hormones.
