摘要
采用水培方法研究了外源脱落酸对硝酸盐胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长及抗氧化酶活力的影响。结果表明:硝酸盐胁迫显著抑制了黄瓜幼苗的生长,尤其是地上部分的生长。在黄瓜幼苗两叶一心和三叶一心时,与对照相比喷施不同浓度外源ABA的黄瓜幼苗超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)等抗氧化酶的活力均发生不同程度的变化,丙二醛(MDA)含量总体降低。
The water culture method was adopted to study the effects of exogenous ABA on the growth of cucumber seedlings and activities of antioxidant enzymes under nitrate stress. The results showed that the ni- trate stress inhibited the growth of cucumber seedlings significantly, especially the growth of aboveground. Compared to the check, spraying different concentrations of exogenous ABA could alter the activity of SOD and APX in varying degrees, and decrease the content of MDA in cucumber seedlings with two or three leaves.
