摘要
采用营养液培养的方法,研究了不同光照条件下NO3-胁迫对黄瓜幼苗生长、光合色素含量和光合作用的影响。结果表明,NO3-胁迫处理抑制了黄瓜幼苗的生长、增加了光合色素的含量、降低了净光合速率(Pn)和气孔导度(Gs)。与高光照相比,低光照下幼苗生长抑制程度、净光合速率和气孔导度下降程度减轻,而光合色素的增加量升高。低光照在一定程度上可以减轻硝酸盐胁迫对黄瓜幼苗造成的伤害。
Through a solution culture experiment,the effects of NO-3 stress on the growth,photosynthesis pigment content and photosynthesis of cucumber seedlings were studied under different light intensities.The results indicated that NO-3 stress inhibited the seedling growth,increased the content of photosynthesis pigment,decreased the net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and stomatal conductance(Gs).Compared with the high light intensity,the low light intensity alleviated the inhibition to cucumber seedling growth and the decrease of net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance,but increased the content of photosynthesis pigment.In a word,low light intensity could alleviate the damage of NO-3 stress on cucumber seedlings.
