摘要
针对武钢热轧总厂第三分厂1580生产线粗轧机组R1、R2传动轴扭矩,建立了远程在线扭矩监测系统,采用扭矩遥测设备实现了传感器电源及输出信号在旋转部件与外部静止部位之间的传递,扭矩传感器输出信号转换为数字信号后进行无线传输,有效起到抗干扰和抑制噪声作用,远距离信号传输采用了电流信号同样起到抗干扰作用,并编制了扭矩、轧制力等工艺参数监测的软件。经过近一年时间的使用,本系统能准确有效完成扭矩、轧制力等工艺参数的监测。
The remote on-line torque monitor system is set up for the drive shaft of rougher mill Rt &R2 of WISCO 1580 hot strip rolling mill. The radio non-contact, inductively-powered torque monitoring device is used for power supply and data transfer between the rotating shaft and the external static devices. The output analogue signal of the torque sensor is transferred into digital signal at first, and then transmitted from the rotating shaft to the receiver for anti-interference and noise suppression. Then the digital signal is changed to the current signal for the remote transmission thus reducing the noise disturbance. The motoring soft has been worked out. The motoring system has worked about one year and has performed well.
