摘要
探讨了热轧过程中的几个关键温度对武钢热轧Q345E钢力学性能的影响,以期能对该钢种的生产过程有指导作用。结果表明,在试验范围内,随着加热温度的提高,钢的强度提高;随着终轧温度、卷取温度的提高,钢的强度降低而伸长率提高。
The effects of the main temperation in hot rolling on the mechanical properties of the Q345E steel made in Wuhan Iron and Steel Company were discussed to guidance producing course. The results indicate that, in the experimental range, the strength of the steel increases with the increase of heating temperature; the strength of the steel decreases while the elongation improves with the increase of finishing temperature and coiling temperature.
