摘要
论述了珩磨温度的测试原理和方法,设计制造了遥测温度装置,并试验研究了珩磨工艺参数对珩磨温度的影响。结果表明,珩磨温度的测量原理和方法是可行的,强力珩磨温度约在160—200℃,比普通珩磨高;珩磨区温度主要受珩磨压力的影响。
Discusses the principle and procedure of the measurement of honing temperature, and develops a telemetering system for honing temperature. The results show that the telemetering system is effective and the temperature in honed zone is about 160-200℃, which is mainly affected by the honing pressure.
