原发性高血压患者血清内皮脂肪酶与脂联素水平的相关性研究 被引量:5

Study on the Relationship Between Serum Endothelial Lipase and Adiponectin in Patients with Essential Hypertension

摘要 【目的】探讨原发性高血压(essentialhypertension,EH)患者与健康人血清脂肪细胞因子内皮脂肪酶(EL)和脂联素(APN)水平及两者之间的相关性。【方法】选取EH患者68例和健康人30例,用酶联免疫吸附法测定两组血清EL和APN的水平。【结果】EH患者血清EL水平显著高于健康对照组[(409.11±35.35)μg/Lvs(319.78+17.31)μg/L(P〈O.01)];而APN水平显著低于健康对照组E(5.13土0.59)mg/Lvs(8.36土0.30)mg/L(P〈O.01)];②经多元线性回归分析显示,EH患者血清EL水平与收缩压呈显著正相关(r-0.380,P-0.002);与APN水平呈负相关(r:平升高;②EH患者EL水平与收缩压呈正相关,而与-0.282,P-0.025)。【结论】①EH患者血清EL水APN水平呈负相关。 [Objective] To explore the relationship between serum endothelial lipase(EL) and adiponectin(APN) in patients with essential hypertension(EH). [Methods]Serum levels of EL and APN in 68 EH patients and 30 healthy controls were determined by enzyme linked immune sorbent assay. [Resultsl Serum EL level in EH patients was greatly higher than that in healthy controls[(409.11 + 35.35)μg/L vs (319.78 4-17. 31)μg/L( P 〈0.01)], while serum APN level in EH patients was greatly lower than that in healthy controls[(5.13~0.59)mg/L vs (8. 36 + 0. 30)rng/L( P 〈0, 01)]. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that serum EL level in EH patients was posi- tively correlated with systolic pressure(r= 0. 380, P = 0. 002) and negatively correlated with APN(r=- 0. 282, P = 0. 025). [Conclusion]Serum EL level in EH patients increases. Serum EL level in EH patients is positively correlated with systolic pressure and negatively correlated with APN.
