摘要
[目的] 观察原发性高血压(EH)患者和健康人血清脂肪细胞因子apelin-13和脂联素(APN)水平及两者之间的相关性.[方法] 选取EH患者32例和健康人32例,用酶联免疫吸附法测定两组血清apelin-13和APN水平.[结果] ①EH患者血清apelin-13和APN浓度显著低于健康对照组[(17.61±6.52)pg/mL vs (29.58±15.19)pg/mL (197.55±54.48)μg/L vs (248.29±35.32)μg/L,均(P〈0.01)] ②经多元线性回归分析显示,EH患者血清apelin-13与收缩压呈显著负相关(r=-4.616,P〈0.01),与APN呈正相关(r=2.480,P〈0.05).[结论] EH患者血清apelin-13水平降低,并与APN呈正相关.
[Objective] To observe the relationship between serum apelin 13 and adiponectin(APN) levels in patients with essential hypertension(EH). [Methods] Serum apelinq3 and APN levels in 32 EH patients and 32 healthy controls were determined by enzyme linked immune sorbent assay. [Results] Serum concentration of apelin-13 and APN in EH patients were significantly lower than those in the healthy eontrols[(17.61±6.52)pg/mL vs (29.58±15.19)pg/mL, (197.55±54.48)μg/L vs (248.29±35.32)μg/L](allP〈0.01). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that serum concentration of apelin 13 was negatively correlated with systolic blood pressure of EH patients (r =-4. 616, P〈0.01 ), and positively correlated with APN (r=2. 480, P d0.05). [Conclusion] Serum apelin-13 concentration in EH patients is decreased and positively correlates with adiponectin.
